HELP WHILE YOU PLAY

Support Paths for Live Poker Pro

If something interrupts your Live Poker Pro session — a dropped connection, a table query, or an account question — here's where to go.

Team online

Live Chat

Reach the support team through the live chat icon inside your account. It's the quickest path for session issues like a frozen table or a hand that didn't register correctly.

Email Support

For account-level queries about your Live Poker Pro history, stake adjustments, or wallet verification, send a message through the email channel listed in your account settings.

Account Help Centre

The help centre covers common Live Poker Pro questions — how disconnections are handled mid-hand, how to read your session history, and how dealer interactions work in Casino Hold'em rooms.

HOW WE RUN IT

Fair Play in Our Live Poker Pro Lobby

Every Live Poker Pro session on nb789 runs through certified studio environments. Here's what that means for your game.

Studio-Certified Feeds

We source Live Poker Pro streams from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live — studios that publish their own independent audit records and operate under regulated studio conditions for every deal.

RNG-Free Dealing

Live Poker Pro uses physical cards dealt by a human dealer on camera. There is no random number generator in the card sequence — what you see dealt is what happened, verifiable in the video replay.

Session History

Every hand you play in Live Poker Pro is logged to your account history with a timestamp. If a result looks wrong, the session record is the reference point for any support query.

Wallet Security

Your account wallet — whether funded through JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Raast — is secured with OTP verification at login and at withdrawal. No payout leaves without the account holder confirming the step.

Live Poker Pro Glossary

New to Live Poker Pro or just want to check a term before you sit down? These are the definitions that come up most often.

01
What is Casino Hold'em?

Casino Hold'em is a poker variant where you play against the dealer rather than other players. Both sides receive two hole cards and share five community cards; the stronger five-card hand wins the round.

02
What does 'ante bet' mean in Live Poker Pro?

The ante is the mandatory opening bet you place before cards are dealt. In Casino Hold'em and Caribbean Stud, every hand starts with an ante that you either follow with a call bet or fold and forfeit.

03
What is a 'side bet' at a Live Poker Pro table?

A side bet is an optional wager placed alongside your main hand, usually on specific card combinations like a flush or straight appearing in your hole cards or the community cards, with separate payout rates.

04
What does 'fold' mean in this context?

To fold is to surrender your hand and exit the current round. You lose your ante but avoid any further stake. In live dealer poker, the dealer announces the fold option verbally before the decision window closes.

05
What is RTP in Live Poker Pro?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical long-run percentage of stakes returned as winnings. For Live Poker Pro tables, RTP figures are published by the studio and displayed where the provider exposes that data.

06
What is a 'progressive jackpot side bet'?

Some Live Poker Pro tables carry a side pool that grows with each participating hand. A qualifying card combination — often a royal flush — triggers the prize. Availability and prize caps are set by the studio provider.

Live Poker Pro: Common Questions

Here are the questions we see most from players exploring Live Poker Pro on nb789.

The Live Poker Pro section carries Casino Hold'em and Caribbean Stud Poker through Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live studios. Table availability may vary by region; log in to see the current live lobby.

Yes — the live tables load in a mobile browser on Android and iOS without needing a separate app. Players in Karachi and elsewhere across Pakistan can access the lobby where local law and eligible regions permit.

Open your JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Raast app, send to the account number shown in the nb789 cashier, confirm with your PIN, and the balance appears in your account wallet ready to use at the table.

If your connection drops mid-hand, the game engine holds your last submitted action. When you reconnect, your session history shows the outcome. Contact live chat with your hand timestamp if the result looks incorrect.

Studio-operated live tables run on schedules set by Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. Most Casino Hold'em and Caribbean Stud rooms are available for extended hours, but exact schedules are shown inside the live lobby.

No separate account is needed. Your nb789 account wallet covers all sections of the lobby — slots, sportsbook, and Live Poker Pro — so you move between them without creating a new login or separate balance.
